We have adjusted our practice to keep everyone safe. We offer contactless curbside visits at our Wheat Ridge and Denver locations. Telehealth appointments are available for all physical therapy evaluations as well as for follow-ups with our veterinarians. If you have a phone or other digital device with zoom, you are ready to work with us, or we can use our video baby monitors to enhance communications. Making an Appointment Online
Please request your appointment below. You will see options for in-person and telehealth visits with our set of practitioners. If you’re not sure which kind of visit is appropriate, please contact us at info@DVMrehab.com or leave a message at 720-295-1781 to schedule.
Once you have picked a time and requested your appointment, we will email to let you know if we were able to fulfill your request (appointment confirmed). If not, we will reach out to go over other options. If confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to our intake history form. Please complete the form in advance of our meeting.

By appointment only. We typically see patients from 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. All of our available times are not always visible on the online scheduler. If you are not able to find a time that works for you or have an urgent need, please contact us at info@DVMrehab.com or leave a message at 720-295-1781 to schedule.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling
In order to meet the needs of our clients and to honor both your time and ours, any cancellation or appointment changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation/change fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services or $100, whichever is more. We do understand emergencies happen, so exceptions are sometimes made when there are extenuating circumstances.
- Rescheduling after a last minute cancellation or no show
To book your next appointment, we will ask for a deposit to hold your spot for your next scheduled appointment. This deposit will be equal to the cost of your upcoming visit and will be applied to that appointment. The deposit is fully refundable with 48 hours notice. It is not refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for your visit. Exceptions are made for extenuating circumstances.
- Scheduled Appointments and Pickup Time: We do not have any kennels to safely keep patients beyond your scheduled appointment time. If you elect to drop off for your visit, it is very important that you return at least 10 minutes before the scheduled end time of your appointment. If you are late to pickup, we may ask you not to leave the parking area or lobby for future visits. A fee of $5/minute may also be applied to discourage repeat offences.
